Is August The Month Of Ghost Or Ghosting?

With the way the month is, the ghost is what you can’t feel and ghosting is what you can feel

The Ghost Month 2022 is from July 29 to August 26, 2022. And the Hungry Ghost Festival this year is on the 12th of August.

The Hungry Ghost Festival is celebrated by the Chinese for they believed that the spirit of their ancestors would wander in our living world during this period.

It is said to be the scariest month of the year because misfortunes are likely to happen more often than usual. The hell’s gate is open bringing out pain and sufferings.

2. Don’t do any water activities. Stay away from the beach.

3. Don’t touch the food being offered to the ghost.

4. Don’t wear any red or black clothing. They are enticing to the ghost.

5. Don’t hang clothes outside at night. It is said that the wandering ghost will try them and will bring them inside the house.

6. Don’t open an umbrella indoors. The ghosts seek shelters during the day and for them, an open umbrella is an open invitation.

7. Don’t close any business deals or launch new projects.

8. Don’t travel and get married.

But why do the obedient us still feel that the ghost is still somewhere out there and won’t leave us alone?

Life is…we don’t do anything because we can’t do anything. Yet, we can feel it in it’s scariest form — GHOSTING.

Did August become the ghost month because of the ghosts or because it is the month of ghosting?

August is showing all the red flags🚩🚩!!!!

Have you observed that everything is slow and stagnant like water in the pond?

Every day the sky is dark and gloomy. The weather is not fine, thinking how can we be fine?

It’s like the previous seven months molded us into spoiled brats and now, here comes August abandoning us. 🙄

As if we have never been in a relationship, when in fact since we were born it was there year in and year out. Was there a year without that A-month? So August tell me — where are we in your life all these years?

Each morning we are all ready to face the world and it will not show up.

It makes you like a rolling wheel that suddenly stops and broke into pieces.

But wait..

He became the darling of the press and social media. He became a trending laughingstock . With all the backlogs of problems of the country that need urgent actions, this became his priority.

Maybe he has an interesting life story to tell..
Maybe he is a victim of ghosting..

And …maybe if this bill is passed, then I can sue August. 😄👻
