I can breathe the fresh air as I exhale and inhale. And with each breath taken, I smile away in zest. As I savor this refreshing feeling of just talking my worries away.

Trust me, exercising this activity every day can change even the gloomiest of your moods. And whenever I feel down, or I want a sign from the universe. I put my socks on, wear my sneakers and just leave for the run.
