My first article was about Umee as a project. Now i want to describe you how Umee DAO works.

The DAO community allow the community to decide what determines a valuable contribution and where resources should be directed to ensure proper incentives and rewards for various types of contributors. The DAO managed by a committee of community leaders who identify and reward our community members making their valuable contributions. When there is a clear demand for a certain type of contribution, the DAO Committee of the Community is obliged to involve the community to complete the task. DAO is a great way to attract talented people from the community to help, train and support active and potential Umee users, as well as to further improve the community experience.

The DAO Community Committee consist of seven members of the Umee community: one lead (leader) and six reviewers. One observer, who is not a member of the committee, he monitor the work of the entire committee to make sure that the DAO fulfills its duties and always acts in the interests of the Umee community.
